Ex-students morphed their own certificates for clients

Two past pupils of a college in Navi Mumbai have been arrested for superimposing the names of their clients on their own certificates, which would then be used to gain admission to third year B Com in another college With the arrest of two past pupils of a Navi Mumbai college last week, the local police have busted a major fake certificate racket flourishing in the satellite city.
