Don't act against Suresh Joshi: High Court

The High Court has imposed a stay on investigations and action against former state chief information commissioner Suresh Joshi. Joshi was involved in a bizarre incident where some 'activists' had barged into his chambers during a hearing and begun singing the national anthem. They had then filed a private complaint with the additional metropolitan magistrate alleging that Joshi had insulted the anthem by not standing up.The complaint dates back to March 5, 2011 when Vijay Chauhan, an activist, and 10 others entered Joshi's chambers and begun singing
