THEY’RE BACK. Orange and white traffic-blocking plastic towers, 12ft tall, appeared on Edinburgh’s Princes Street yesterday, signalling the restart of the controversial trams construction project.
Workmen were out at 5am yesterday to set up the barriers, expected to be in situ by today.
