Khar residents get dirty water on the tap It appears that Mumbaikars have been cursed to suffer never-ending water woes. The latest ones to undergo this ordeal are the 200 families of the Jaybharat Society, located on the 3rd Road at Khar West. It has been almost a week since these families - spread across 65 buildings -- have been receiving foul smelling, brown-coloured water.
